Job Fair List is a company dedicated to simplify the hiring needs of local, regional and national companies in addition to the employment and career needs of job/career seekers.
They needed a responsive website that would work on all platforms. Additionally, they wanted their site to have high usable functionality for job providers to post their jobs and for job seekers to submit and upload their information. And of course, the website had to be fast and reliable to handle a high amount of traffic every day.
After having a brainstorming session with their team, we designed a series of user flow diagrams to determine the structure and navigation of the website. After selecting the layout foundation, we helped build a mobile-first responsive website. Using WordPress CMS, we customized the site to fit the client’s unique requirements.
Ever since its launch, Job Fair List has seen a huge decrease in their user bounce rate. They are now getting steady increase in page views per user and, here’s the best: a mammoth increase in new job seeker registrations.
